Qualifications 

• Bachelor of Business Management with majors in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and Management & Organisations from the University of Queensland

• Advanced Diploma of Accounting from Monarch Institute. 

• I'm a registered BAS Agent, a Certified Accounting Technician, a Professional Human Resource Manager (MAHRI), and a qualified Justice of the Peace in Queensland (non-billable services).

Services I Offer

• Xero setup and training: Are you a new business? I can help setup Xero, Hubdoc, Tanda, Deputy, and a range of other Xero Add Ons. I also provide training if you'd like to complete tasks inhouse.  

• Payroll Services: From calculating timesheets to processing wages, I ensure your employees are paid accurately and promptly, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

• Bookkeeping: I'll keep your financial records in impeccable order, providing you with insights that empower you to make informed decisions. I am also a registered BAS Agent and can assist with your compliance needs. 

• Human Resource Management:  It's important to ensure you are paying your staff correctly. I can assist with Award or contract interpretation and the National Employment Standard requirements. I can also provide advice on HR planning and strategies. 

What Areas Do I Service? 

• Much of my work can be done remotely. However, I understand that is not for everyone. I am based on the south side of Brisbane and can meet in person within a 30 minute drive of Oxley which covers most of Brisbane. If you're outside of Brisbane please contact me to see if I am travelling in your area.
